1 About these terms
This website, https://www.contrata-automation.io, is operated by Contrata Pty Ltd (ABN 94 691 842 270; ACN 691 842 270) (“Contrata”, “we”, “us”).
These terms apply to your use of this website, including its articles, resources and demo request forms. Please read them before using the website. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
These terms do not govern access to or use of the Contrata software platform. Software subscriptions, trials, implementation and related services are governed by the separate agreement applicable to those services. Requesting a demo or callback does not create a software subscription or commit you to a purchase.
2 Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes, including learning about Contrata and evaluating whether our services suit your business.
You must not interfere with the website’s operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, infringe another person’s rights, or use our forms to send unlawful, misleading or abusive material.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a breach of these terms or a security threat. Any restriction will be proportionate to the issue.
3 Website content and intellectual property
We or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and its content, except where stated otherwise.
You may view, download and print content for your own personal use or internal business evaluation, keeping any ownership notices intact. Other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law. You may share links to publicly available pages without suggesting an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
4 General information
Our articles and resources provide general information about topics such as contracts, risk and regulation. They do not take account of your particular circumstances and are not legal, regulatory or other professional advice.
Before making decisions based on this material, check the relevant current requirements and obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances. Reading our content or requesting a demo does not establish a professional advisory relationship.
Descriptions and examples of the Contrata platform are provided to help explain its capabilities. The features and services supplied to a customer are those agreed in that customer’s separate agreement.
5 Accuracy and availability
Information may change after publication, particularly information about laws and regulatory requirements. Check the publication or update date of an article and any sources it identifies.
We may correct or update content and change website features. Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or technical reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. This clause does not limit the rights described in clause 8.

We do not control those websites, and their own terms and privacy notices apply when you visit them. This does not exclude responsibility that the law places on us.
7 Enquiries and privacy
When making an enquiry or requesting a demo or callback, provide accurate information and only information you are authorised to share. Please do not submit passwords, confidential customer documents or sensitive personal information through general website forms.
